What this website collects

This site is statically generated and sets no advertising or tracking cookies. The trip brief form on Plan your trip does not transmit data to us: it assembles your answers locally in your browser and hands them to your own WhatsApp or email application, which you then choose to send.

Analytics

If Google Analytics is active on this site, it is configured with IP anonymisation and is used only to understand which pages help travellers. We do not run advertising pixels that follow you across other websites.

What we do with what you send us

We use the details you send to prepare a proposal and, if you book, to make reservations with airlines, hotels, boats and guides. We share only what a supplier needs to hold your booking.

How long we keep it

For as long as needed to service your trip and to meet Ecuadorian tax and tourism record-keeping obligations.

Your rights under Ecuadorian law

Ecuador's Ley Orgánica de Protección de Datos Personales gives you the right to know what we hold about you, to have it corrected, to have it deleted, and to object to its processing. If you are in the European Union, the GDPR gives you equivalent rights. Write to info@zieloadventures.com and we will answer within 15 days.

Suppliers we share data with

To hold a booking we pass a supplier only what it needs — typically name, passport details, dates and dietary or medical requirements. That includes airlines, hotels, Galápagos vessel operators, lodges and our ground partners in Peru. We do not sell data and we do not share it for marketing.

Hosting

This site is served as static files by Vercel Inc. Email for the domain is hosted in Ecuador. Server logs kept by these providers may include IP addresses for security purposes.
