You are already paying an operator like us
Most Ecuador trips sold in North America and Europe are run on the ground by a local company. The agency you booked with adds a margin and relays your questions down a chain. Booking the operator directly removes a layer of cost and two layers of delay.

One team, one time zone for decisions
When a Galápagos flight is rescheduled at 6 a.m., the person who can move your hotel, your boat and your transfer is in Ecuador. With a reseller, that person is asleep in another hemisphere waiting to be emailed.

State-licensed guides, including in Galápagos
Every Galápagos excursion is led by a naturalist licensed by the National Park. It is a legal requirement in the islands and it is the first thing budget operators cut.

The fees are on the quote, not at the airport
Every Galápagos quote we send states the US$200 park fee and the US$20 transit card separately and in bold. They are not our money and pretending they do not exist only makes the arrival worse.

We will talk you out of things
A cruise if you get seasick. Cotopaxi on day two. Four days when you need six. A coastal night when the advisory says otherwise. We would rather book the smaller trip you enjoy.

Child protection is certified, not claimed
Our founder holds Ecuador’s MINTUR ESNNA certification and UN/IOM training in human trafficking prevention. In a country where community tourism involves children, that determines who we will and will not work with.

The paperwork is our origin story
Our parent company has prepared visa and consular documentation as its main business since 2013. The entry rules, the transit permits, the insurance conditions — that is the part we are unusually good at.

MINTUR ESNNA certification on the prevention of the commercial sexual exploitation of children in tourism, plus IOM/UN training in human trafficking prevention — held by our founder since 2012.
